Dear Friends,

At CHW On Demand, our mission is deeply personal to me. For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of serving individuals and families who often face the greatest challenges in accessing care. Through every experience whether as a nurse, clinic director, or community advocate; I have seen how much hope and healing can grow when people are met with love, compassion, and dignity.

This is why CHW On Demand was created: to empower Community Health Workers and healthcare professionals to serve with excellence and to be the bridge for those who feel unseen or left behind. Our work is about more than care coordination and training it’s about walking alongside people, body, mind, and spirit, so they know they are not alone.

My faith reminds me daily that every life has value and purpose. It is this belief that guides every decision we make as an organization and why we seek to serve with open hearts. Whether it is through education, navigation, advocacy, or hands-on support, we aim to remove barriers and open doors so that every individual can access the care and opportunities they deserve.

I am grateful for the incredible team, partners, and Community Health Workers who make this mission possible. Together, we are building stronger communities where healing is accessible, hope is restored, and everyone has a chance to thrive.
