We offer services to help at-risk youth find safe connections and reach a well-rounded lifestyle, both physically and menatlly.
Individuals in distress
We provide assistance to those in distress, such as individuals facing evictions, family loss, and primary needs challenges. We help them via advocacy, training, and navigation services.
Elders with special needs
We help fill gaps in care, and bridge health and social care for the senior population, including those with special needs.
Service Coordination
We assist individuals to identify areas of need, addressing challenges, and connecting to care.
We offer short-term relief for primary caregivers. Care can be provided at home, in a healthcare facility, or at an adult day center.
Respite Care
Training
We build individual and community capacity by increasing understanding and self-sufficiency through a range of activities such as training, evaluation, informal counseling, social support, and advocacy.
